Reportedly, Serentica Renewables has planned a USD15 billion capital expenditure to expand its renewable energy portfolio to 17 GW by 2030 with a focus on round-the-clock power supply for industrial and utility consumers.
The company targets a fourfold increase in commissioned capacity to 4 GW by 2026 and aims to reach 7 GW by 2027-2028. Solar is expected to contribute 60 per cent of the planned capacity, with the remainder from wind projects.
