Porterbrook, the rolling stock financier and asset management company, has confirmed the appointment of Lewis North as Head of Public Affairs.

Lewis has joined the business, bringing extensive experience from a range of public affairs roles in the UK and internationally, including Head of Public Affairs at Rail Partners, and as a political adviser in the European Parliament in Brussels.
