Denver International Airport (DEN) has announced a new passenger traffic record, with the airport having served 82,427,962 passengers during 2025 – an increase of 0.1% over the 82,358,744 passengers served in 2024.

Total cargo volume in 2025 exceeded 732 million tonnes – also an increase of 0.1% over 2024, with total cargo transported by all cargo-carriers increasing by 0.9% for the year.

Reaching another passenger traffic record reflects the fundamental resilience of air travel demand.

As we continue progressing toward serving 100 million annual passengers, DEN remains committed to expanding our infrastructure and enhancing global connectivity to support the future growth of Colorado’s economy.

As well as being the busiest year in the airport’s history; DEN also recorded a number of other notable milestones across 2025, including:

International passenger traffic growth outpaced overall passenger traffic growth during the year, recording an increase of 4.8% as compared to 2024 with a total volume of 4,867,484 – an all-time record – accounting for 5.9% of DEN’s total passenger traffic.

United Airlines set an all-time passenger traffic record at the airport, with more 41.4 million passengers travelling through – a 6.3% increase over 2025.
