TITAN Group has completed the acquisition of Vracs de L'Estuaire, reinforcing their commitment to further develop its product offering in France and accelerate the growth trajectory under its TITAN Forward 2029 strategy. This acquisition exemplifies TITAN’s execution of its long-term plan to build a sizeable, integrated global platform for developing alternative cementitious materials (ACMs). Vracs de L'Estuaire operates a state-of-the-art grinding plant, strategically located at the port of Le Havre in Northern France, with a clinker grinding capacity of 0.6 million tpy, serving one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing construction markets. Eagle Materials Inc. reported financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 ended December 31, 2025. Cemvision delivers near-zero cement for large scale industrial floor project

Together with flooring specialist Linotol and real estate company Stendörren, a 1000 m industrial slab floor has been cast with Cemvision's near-zero-cement product Re-ment Massive, proving its suitability for large-scale logistics and data center construction. This is yet another milestone for Cemvision, marking its largest industrial real-world commercial project to date. The casting was completed north of Stockholm in late 2025 in collaboration with Stendörren, Linotol, and Norra Stockholm Bygg. The concrete performed in line with conventional alternatives and was placed using standard equipment, workflows, and casting methods. Carbonaide raises €3.7m in new investments

CO mineralisation and sequestration specialist Carbonaide has raised €3.7m through a combination of equity and supporting financial instruments, in an investment round led by existing owners Vantaan Energia, Redstone and Ihantola Invest. The company will use the funds to expand customer acquisition, develop its Carbonaide Service Platform and accelerate research and development of its Carbonaide CO -curing system beyond precast concrete production. NITI Aayog has released reports outlining decarbonisation roadmaps for the cement, aluminium and micro, small and medium enterprise sectors, highlighting the need to balance emission reduction with sustained economic growth and competitiveness. Speaking at the launch event in New Delhi, NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Suman Bery emphasised the critical role of the MSME sector in India’s development, describing it as a key driver of employment, innovation and inclusive growth.
