Annex Business Media’s Advance: Women in Manufacturing annual event is marking two major firsts in 2026: its debut as an in-person gathering and the launch of an awards program celebrating leadership and innovation in Canadian manufacturing.

The Advance: Women in Manufacturing Awards will recognize women who have led major projects, introduced innovative processes, or strengthened operations in Canadian manufacturing.

Four categories are open for nominations:

Nominations are open until February 14, 2026, and winners will be announced during the Advance: Women in Manufacturing Breakfast on May 6 at the Sandman Signature Hotel in Mississauga, Ont.

Previously held as a virtual summit, this in-person breakfast event will feature a keynote presentation, panel discussions, and networking opportunities alongside the awards ceremony. The program is designed to connect and elevate the women shaping Canada’s manufacturing sector.
