Quadrant Future Tek Limited has reached an important milestone after receiving an official offer from the Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, for a high-value railway safety project. The offer was issued on 28 January 2026 and has been formally accepted by the company.

The contract covers the supply, retro fitment, testing, and commissioning of Onboard KAVACH Equipment Version 4.0, in accordance with RDSO specifications. In addition to installation and commissioning, the project also includes warranty coverage and long-term annual maintenance, highlighting its comprehensive nature.

The total value of the contract is Rs. 230,42,04,238 (inclusive of taxes), making it one of the notable orders in the railway safety and signalling segment. The order has been awarded by Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, a key production unit of Indian Railways.
