— Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc., part of Carrier Global Corporation, has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of CCG Automation, Inc., expanding its building automation presence in Ohio.

The transaction was announced Jan. 6. CCG Automation is headquartered in Richfield, Ohio, and is recognized for delivering building automation solutions and energy services across healthcare, education, government, commercial real estate, and manufacturing facilities.

According to Automated Logic, the acquisition strengthens its ability to deliver integrated, intelligent building solutions in high-growth markets. CCG designs, installs, and services building automation and control systems, including retrofit upgrades and multi-year service contracts focused on improving energy performance and operational resilience.

CCG Automation employees will remain in place following the acquisition. They will continue serving customers in the Cleveland, Ohio market alongside existing Automated Logic Cleveland employees.
