— Hero Helps, the charitable division of Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air, donated toys this holiday season to support families served by local community organizations.

According to a Jan. 6 news release, employees across Rooter Hero locations collected new, unwrapped toys that were distributed to the San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission and the Fullerton Fire Department. Both organizations provide holiday gifts directly to children and families in their communities.

The toy drive was part of Rooter Hero’s broader community outreach efforts, which focus on supporting local nonprofits and first responders through structured giving initiatives.

“Our team truly stepped up this holiday season,” said Katherine Conchas, coordinator for Hero Helps at Rooter Hero. “Seeing everyone come together to donate toys and help brighten the holidays for local families was incredibly rewarding.”

Hero Helps was established as the charitable arm of Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air to coordinate community support activities throughout the year. The organization regularly works with nonprofit groups, first responders, and local organizations to provide donations and other forms of assistance in the areas the company serves.
