HTM will lease approximately 5,300 square meters in the iconic HSK-Offices building, also known as The Globe, located next to Hollands Spoor station on Waldorpstraat in The Hague. HTM will occupy the top two floors of the building, which will undergo extensive renovations and feature a dedicated entrance on Waldorpstraat. Real estate manager Redevco Living represented building owner LIFE-NL through the leasing process, while CBRE has provided commercial, strategic, and technical advice to HTM.

Ton Vaags, Portfolio Director of Redevco Living on behalf of building owner LIFE-NL, stated: “We are pleased to welcome HTM as a new tenant. Renovations and extensive maintenance work have already begun at HSK-Offices, including the installation of new systems and sustainability improvements. Our goal is to create a true community at HSK-Offices to contribute to the further enriching the HS Quarter.”

Karen Bosch, HTM’s Chief Operating Officer, added: “The new location next to Hollands Spoor station provides HTM with a central place where colleagues can meet, collaborate, and develop – right next to public transport. This characteristic office offers inspiration, connection, and flexibility for various ways of working. Here, we will be building the future of HTM together.”

HSK Offices The historic HSK-Offices building, formerly a postal sorting centre, now houses various office users, leisure facilities such as a climbing and bouldering hall, fitness facilities, and a conference and meeting centre by Postillion. With HTM’s arrival, a few office floors remain available for new tenants.

HS Quarter Area Development HSK-Offices is part of the HS Quarter area development in The Hague, which is part of the Hague Central Innovation District (CID). This area is strategically located next to the Hollands Spoor transport hub, the historic city centre, and the campus of The Hague University of Applied Sciences. The adjacent Stationspost building has been extensively renovated by Life-NL and houses PostNL and The Hague Tech. Waldorpstraat will undergo a transformation into a green city boulevard with high-quality public spaces in the coming years, making the area even more accessible and attractive for residents, students, and businesses.
