Aarti Industries Limited (AIL), a leading global manufacturer of speciality chemicals, has signed a multi-year supply agreement with a top global agrochemical innovator for a critical intermediate used in crop protection formulations. The contract extends the current annual engagement through March 31, 2030, with a substantial increase in volumes.

The agreement is expected to generate revenue of approximately USD 150 million over the contract period, providing AIL with enhanced medium- to long-term revenue visibility.

Under the contract, AIL will manufacture and supply the agrochemical intermediate using its integrated, scalable manufacturing platform, deep process chemistry expertise, and global regulatory compliance framework. With sufficient existing capacity, AIL can meet the increased demand without additional capital expenditure. The intermediate will be utilized by the customer in the production and formulation of crop-protection products for global agricultural markets.
