waterIndustrie De Nora (De Nora), an Italian multinational listed on Euronext Milan and specialising in sustainable electrochemical technologies and the emerging green hydrogen sector, has announced its return to Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) 2026 from 15–19 Jun. Backed by more than 100 years of continuous innovation, De Nora will showcase its growing momentum across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region with a comprehensive portfolio designed to safeguard water supplies, support circular water reuse and enhance operational safety in municipal and industrial sectors.
While the APAC region continues to face traditional WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) challenges, the rapid expansion of the digital economy and manufacturing sector is driving industrial water consumption to unprecedented levels. Municipal and industrial water systems across the region are under increasing pressure as they balance water safety, scarcity and rising resource demand.
Industrial water users and operators face a dual challenge: securing reliable water supplies while reducing environmental impact. Concerns over water waste and pollution have heightened scrutiny of current practices, creating an urgent need for innovative solutions. With its expertise and advanced technologies, De Nora is well positioned to support the region’s water systems by maximising resource efficiency amid continued industrial and digital growth.
At SIWW 2026, De Nora will present its portfolio of oxidation, disinfection and filtration technologies designed to address APAC’s complex water challenges, from protecting water sources against micropollutants to enabling efficient industrial water use. Its end-to-end water treatment capabilities include:
• Data centre cooling water solutions: To meet the sophisticated water requirements of the region’s expanding digital infrastructure, De Nora MIOX on-site generation (OSG) systems provide sustainable, high-efficiency water treatment solutions tailored to optimise high-capacity data centre cooling loops.
• Total gas feed and plant safety: As part of its commitment to integrated, safety-focused solutions, De Nora will unveil a significant new development at SIWW. This latest milestone will further strengthen the Capital Controls gas feed portfolio, advancing a more unified end-to-end platform designed to simplify system design, improve operational reliability and support safer plant operations. Selected gas feed product models will be showcased at the exhibition stand.Pioneering UV and ozone solutions: Supported by more than 50 years of ozone innovation, De Nora’s Sentinel Ozone/AOP and UV/AOP systems provide rapid contaminant breakdown, making them well suited to complex industrial water reuse applications and micropollutant removal. A Sentinel UV reactor will be displayed at the stand.
• Leading the fight against emerging contaminants: De Nora has been addressing challenging contaminants such as arsenic, nitrates and PFAS in water for decades. DE NORA TETRA systems improve filtration efficiency through enhanced backwash performance, longer filter operating cycles and lower lifecycle costs, while SORB FX solutions optimise PFAS treatment through flexible media selection, improved media utilisation and reduced long-term operating costs. These technologies will feature prominently in the company’s technical presentation programme during the event.
De Nora’s return to SIWW reflects its growing regional presence and expanding footprint in the APAC market. The company provides end-to-end support, from piloting and design through to installation and local after-sales service, for large-scale water systems across the region.
A notable example of these capabilities is De Nora’s selection to deliver a major Sentinel UV technology upgrade, modernising critical infrastructure that supports and protects Singapore’s drinking water supply through enhanced disinfection performance and reliability. In addition, De Nora has successfully localised Sentinel® ozone generator manufacturing within APAC, enabling faster delivery times and comprehensive lifecycle support for regional customers.
“At De Nora, we’re not just supporting the evolution of water treatment — we’re driving it,” said Marwan Nesicolaci, ceo of De Nora Water Technologies. “Our leadership is built on decades of proven performance, with technologies trusted across both industrial and municipal applications at scale. We continue to invest, expand and push the boundaries of what is possible to better serve this region.
“APAC is central to that ambition. Demand is growing rapidly, challenges are intensifying and expectations are higher than ever. Our role is not only to provide proven solutions but also fresh thinking, helping customers manage water more intelligently, sustainably and confidently. From pilot projects through to long-term operation, we work closely with our customers to ensure they have the reliability and performance needed to move forward.”
