Scottish Water Announces Partner Companies To Deliver Largest Multi-Billion Pound Investment Programme Ever

The seven companies which will work with Scottish Water as part of the joint venture, known as The Enterprise, aimed at enhancing Scotland’s water and waste water assets over the period from 2027 to 2033 are:

Scottish Water published its final SR27 business plan for 2027–2033 on 27 February this year, setting out its proposals to invest £13.4 billion to protect and improve water and wastewater services across Scotland over the next six years.

Following a detailed review of Scottish Water’s Business Plan, the Water Industry Commission for Scotland (WICS) will publish its draft decision on charges for the 2027-33 period on 30 June 2026 for consultation.

WICS will publish its final decision on charges on 29 October 2026. Charges will apply from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2033.
