NHP Electrical Engineering Products has upgraded its Auckland facility, making it the company’s second-largest distribution centre alongside its main hub in Laverton, Victoria.

The upgrade was completed to increase capacity, improve safety and compliance and make distribution more efficient as demand continues to grow.

The project included expanded storage, improved safety measures and updated workflows to support faster and more efficient operations. The site has also been designed to accommodate future growth.

“This investment reflects NHP’s commitment to local capability backed by global technology. Our customers in New Zealand can expect the same high level of service, now supported by a facility designed for the future,” NHP national distribution network manager Tash Regan says.

The Auckland facility will continue supplying NHP’s product range, along with solutions from partners including Allen-Bradley, Rockwell Automation, Socomec, Terasaki, IME, Delta, Steute and CUBIC.

The upgrade strengthens NHP’s distribution network across Australasia, supporting improved product availability and service for customers in New Zealand and across the region.
