The Seoul One I-Park project is a massive development designed to bring intelligent urban living into the heart of the Korean capital. The mixed-use complex – on a site of more than 77,000 square meters – consists of over 3,000 housing units and upscale ’wellness residences’ for senior living across eight buildings. Shopping streets and malls, prime offices, and a global hotel are also being developed.

To power vertical transportation in the six-building Seoul One I-Park residential complex, Otis will provide 59 elevator and escalator systems, including 42 Otis SkyRise™ high-rise elevators, 11 Otis Gen3® connected elevators, six Link™ escalators, and six Otis Compass® 360 destination management systems.
