Hexa Climate has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation Limited (CESC) for the supply of 100 MW of interstate transmission system (ISTS)-connected wind-solar hybrid power. It was awarded under CESC’s tariff-based competitive bidding process for the procurement of 600 MW of wind-solar hybrid capacity.

The contracted capacity of 100 MW will be delivered from a project comprising 50 MW of solar and 100 MW of wind power, located in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. The PPA has been signed at a tariff of Rs 3.75 per kWh for a tenure of 25 years, adopted by the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission, and provides for a declared capacity utilisation factor of 50 per cent at the delivery point.

In June 2026, Hexa Climate signed a PPA with NHPC for a 160 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy project to supply round-the-clock renewable power to Punjab State Power Corporation Limited through an ISTS under a 25-year agreement, with NHPC as the intermediary procurer.
