Juniper Green Energy Limited has announced its initial public offering (IPO) to raise Rs 18 billion through a fresh issue of equity shares. The company has fixed the price band at Rs 214 to Rs 225 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each. The anchor investor bidding will take place on July 29, 2026. The IPO will open for subscription on July 30, 2026, and close on August 3, 2026.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 66 equity shares and in multiples of 66 shares thereafter. Eligible employees applying under the employee reservation portion will receive a discount of Rs 21 per equity share.

Furthermore, the net proceeds from the issue will be used to repay or prepay certain borrowings of the company and its subsidiaries. Additionally, they will be used for investment in its material subsidiary Juniper Green Gamma One Private Limited and its subsidiaries for repayment or prepayment of borrowings, and for general corporate purposes. Furthermore, ICICI Securities Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, JM Financial Limited, and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited are the book-running lead managers for the issue.
