Oswal Solar Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Oswal Pumps Limited, has secured an order from Swashakthi Energy to install 7.46 MWp of grid-connected rooftop solar systems. The rooftop solar systems will be installed for 3,729 scheduled caste and scheduled tribe consumers of Andhra Pradesh under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. The order is valued at Rs 394 million.

The New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited had awarded Swashakthi Energy the 7.46 MWp grid-connected rooftop solar projects. Following this allocation, Swashakthi Energy appointed Oswal Solar Energy Private Limited to execute the order. The scope of work covers the design, engineering, supply, installation, and commissioning of the rooftop solar systems, along with a five-year comprehensive maintenance contract.
