SteelJSW Steel has approved the sale of a stake worth up to ₹811 crore in JSW One Platform through the company’s proposed initial public offering.The steelmaker will participate as a promoter selling shareholder, while the IPO price, issue structure and other key terms will be finalised later in accordance with regulatory requirements. The shares offered in the public issue will carry a face value of ₹10 each.
JSW One operates a digital business-to-business marketplace serving micro, small and medium enterprises across India’s manufacturing and construction sectors. Its platform supplies steel products, customised coils, construction materials and logistics solutions through an asset-light distribution model.The company reported a net profit of ₹90 crore in FY26. Its gross merchandise value had risen 240% year-on-year to ₹12,567 crore in FY25, reflecting strong demand for technology-led procurement and supply-chain services.
The proposed JSW One IPO highlights the growing investor interest in India’s digital B2B commerce market. It could also help JSW Steel unlock value from its technology-driven subsidiary while supporting the platform’s next phase of expansion.
