US Steel has been recognised as one of the World’s Top Disability Inclusive Businesses after receiving a strong proficiency score in the Disability Index, a global benchmark evaluating workplace inclusion policies and practices. This marks the steelmaker’s sixth consecutive recognition.

The achievement highlights US Steel’s continued efforts to create a supportive workplace for employees with disabilities, caregivers and its wider workforce. The company uses feedback from the Disability Index to improve accessibility, employee support and inclusive workplace programmes.
