This year’s rankings of
lass magazine’s Top 50 Contract Glaziers reflect an industry steadying itself after several years of disruption. While few contractors anticipate a sharp rebound in 2026, most are cautiously optimistic, thanks to stable backlogs, improving predictability and continued demand in high-value market segments.
At the top of this year’s rankings, Harmon Inc. once again holds the No. 1 position, posting sales of $436 million, compared to $404 million last year. Enclos Corp. reclaimed the No. 2 spot. Other notable changes in the top tier include the Flynn Group of Companies, which rose from No. 6 to No. 4, while New Hudson Facades moved from No. 3 to No. 5.
Several additional changes further highlight how firms are adjusting to shifting conditions. Crown Corr moved up one spot from No. 8 to No. 7, with sales increasing from $198 million last year to $205 million this year. Massey’s Plate Glass moved from No. 11 to No. 12, despite increasing its sales to $150 million, up from $135 million the prior year.
Across the Top 50, contractor glaziers expect public-sector, institutional, healthcare, education and transportation projects to offer opportunities. Retrofit, renovation, tenant improvement and façade replacement work also remain important, helping offset softness in new private commercial construction. Companies also point to sustained demand for high-performance, energy-efficient and security-driven glazing systems.
