Türkiye-based steel producer Kocaer Çelik is expanding into the United States with plans to establish a new production company, strengthening its position in one of the world’s largest steel markets.The company’s board approved the decision on July 23, 2026. According to its regulatory announcement, the new US business will focus on steel production, sales and marketing activities. Kocaer Çelik will hold the controlling stake in the venture.
