NX Filtration has been awarded a membrane replacement project in Québec, Canada, by H2O Innovation, a leading Canadian water technology company. The project involves the retrofit of an existing ultrafiltration (UF) system, replacing legacy membrane elements with NX Filtration’s advanced membrane technology.

The upgrade will enable the municipal water treatment facility to improve operational performance and reliability while maintaining full compatibility with the existing system design. By avoiding major infrastructure modifications, the solution provides a cost-effective and efficient approach to extending the system’s operational life and enhancing water quality.

The project includes the installation of nearly 200 direct replacement membrane modules, offering a straightforward upgrade path that improves performance while retaining the existing plant configuration.
