ACME Renewtech Fifth Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for a 300 MW wind-solar hybrid project under Hybrid Tranche IX. The PPA has a tenure of 25 years and has been inked at a tariff of Rs 3.25 per kWh. The power supply is scheduled to commence in June 2028.

Furthermore, under the PPA, the company will supply power at a minimum annual capacity utilisation factor of 30 per cent. The hybrid project will be connected to interstate transmission system substations and will utilise ACME Solar’s already secured connectivity in high-irradiation and wind zones.

In July 2026, ACME Solar secured long-term project financing of Rs 26.46 billion from REC Limited for its ACME Greentech Seventh 450 MW/1,800 MWh assured peak power project. REC Limited will serve as the sole financier for the project over a period of 20 years, with the funds to be utilised for its development and construction.
