Having been a valued member of Mosdorfer Rail Ltd. for the past seven years, Lee has already played a significant role in supporting the company’s sustained growth and in strengthening key relationships across the business and wider industry.

Throughout his time with the organisation, Lee has worked closely with both Engineering and Sales teams, helping to improve collaboration, enhance performance, and ensure that customer needs remain at the heart of our offering. In his most recent role as Rail Group Engineering Director, Lee demonstrated a hands-on leadership style and a clear strategic vision, contributing meaningfully to product development, operational improvements, and business expansion initiatives. Lee’s extensive industry knowledge, commitment to continuous improvement, and passion for delivering excellence position him strongly to guide Mosdorfer Rail Ltd. into its next phase of development.
