Holland’s Argus® track measurement technology features multiple ways for railroads to inspect their tracks from portable inspection, contract testing, and locomotive-based autonomous track measurement systems. The Track Inspector, a real-time track geometry and rail profile measurement system, features a non-contact encoder. This system can operate autonomously, with operator supervision, or in “heads up” mode to provide real-time defect notifications based on the operator’s experience. Stay tuned for demonstration times of this new and improved unit!

Holland’s Automated Manganese Repair (HAMR™) provides robotically controlled welding procedures to build back the damaged areas on rail frogs and crossing diamonds. This service includes pre-weld material removal using plasma cutting, robotically controlled welding procedures to build back the damaged area, and finish grinding to bring components back to OEM specifications.

Holland’s Hybrid Welder™ features the same industry-leading equipment as a traditional MobileWelder®, with a battery-powered welder head. This allows us to deliver the high-quality flash-butt welds Holland is known for in a more sustainable package. The design also eliminates mechanical systems that are known failure points and increases Holland’s already industry-leading uptime.

Ensuring your cargo arrives at its destination safely and undamaged is the primary objective of Holland’s line of rail car products, whether securing containers, safeguarding automobiles, or protecting lading against shifting en route. Used in broad applications such as container securement or in narrower product-specific applications, Holland can address your product transportation concerns.
