The scope of work includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and replenishment of consumable items in addition to toll operations. Innovision clarified that neither its promoters nor its group companies have any interest in the awarding entity and that the contract does not qualify as a related party transaction. The company described the order as a domestic engagement.

Innovision provides manpower services, toll plaza management and skill development training across India, along with private security, integrated facility management, manpower sourcing and payroll services, and operates toll plazas primarily for the National Highways Authority of India. The company reported that its consolidated net profit rose by 43.27 per cent to Rs 44.7 million (Rs 44.7 mn) on a 2.12 per cent increase in revenue from operations to Rs 2.3326 billion (Rs 2.3326 bn) in the third quarter of fiscal 2026 compared with the same period a year earlier. The stock added 2.52 per cent to Rs 319.35 on the announcement, while another intraday report showed shares trading down 1.20 per cent to Rs 333.55 on the BSE.

The contract will be executed by Innovision over the coming year and will strengthen its presence in toll operations and facility services in the region. The company will commence mobilisation and operational preparations ahead of the June start date.
